A long-term rental is a lease with a monthly rent. A holiday rental (per day) is charged per night, per week or per month depending on the listing. Rates and conditions are shown in each listing.

For long-term rentals, our fee is 1 month's rent excl. VAT, payable by each party (tenant and landlord) when the lease is signed. For shorter rentals, a scale based on the duration applies. It is detailed on the Fees page.

An ID document is required to draw up the lease, which we draft. Depending on the landlord, other supporting documents may be requested: we tell you as soon as we are in contact. The amount of the deposit and the payment terms are set out in the lease before signing.
