An ID document is required to draw up the lease, which we draft. Depending on the landlord, other supporting documents may be requested: we tell you as soon as we are in contact. The amount of the deposit and the payment terms are set out in the lease before signing.
Are utilities (water, electricity, internet) included?
It depends on each listing and landlord. The information is in the description or given to you before the visit; feel free to ask us before you come.
Can I prepare my project remotely, from France or abroad?
