What are the agency fees for a rental?
For long-term rentals, our fee is 1 month's rent excl. VAT, payable by each party (tenant and landlord) when the lease is signed. For shorter rentals, a scale based on the duration applies. It is detailed on the Fees page.
Which documents do I need to rent?
An ID document is required to draw up the lease, which we draft. Depending on the landlord, other supporting documents may be requested: we tell you as soon as we are in contact. The amount of the deposit and the payment terms are set out in the lease before signing.
Are utilities (water, electricity, internet) included?
It depends on each listing and landlord. The information is in the description or given to you before the visit; feel free to ask us before you come.
Can I prepare my project remotely, from France or abroad?
Yes. Each listing includes photos, details and a euro conversion; you can write to us on WhatsApp or by e-mail and save your favourites in "My selection". Visits are by appointment: you can ask to group several properties during your stay in Agadir.
